Hi there,
Your site is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the open-source WordPress software and it is hosted by Network Solutions. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:

I understand what you are saying, but I used to be able to login to WordPress.com, click on “My Site” in the upper left corner, and our website was there and I was able to make edits, etc. before uploading FTP to Network Solutions hosting. I have the login link bookmarked so I know I am following the same path as in the past. However, it is now telling me I have no sites and would I like to create one? This is a definitive change from recent history.
Network Solutions never created or maintained our website. We have always done it in house as described above.
Thanks for your help.

If you were managing the site on WordPress.com, that means it was connected via the Jetpack plugin, so you’ll need to connect that again: https://jetpack.com/support/getting-started-with-jetpack/
