Where do I find the IP address and Cname of my site?

Hi there, your site does not have static IP address, but if you wouldn’t mind letting me know what you’re trying to do I’ll be better able to help. Thanks!

Hello,
I’m trying to get the domain transferred to the wordpress site, but they have mapped the email to a different server (other than our host). Because of this our host is asking for the IP address and cname of our site to make the switch for the domain.
Would there be a better way to map the email since it’s not on the same sever where the doman is hosted?

If you mean that you’re trying to map the domain to your WordPress site but use GoDaddy for email, then you’d first set your name servers to WordPress.com:
ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.comAfter that you’ll need to add custom DNS records for GoDaddy’s email service, under Store > Domains > Edit DNS:
https://theoinnovations.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
We have a full guide to adding email through GoDaddy.
Just let me know if you need any help along the way.
