Where do I find the settings page to get at my privacy settings?

  I can’t find the settings page to get at my privacy settings to keep this blog private, by invitation only.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would like to change the privacy settings on this blog so that people can view it by invitation only.

  I know that I go to “Settings” and then to “Reader”, but I literally cannot find the “Settings” page at all. I’ve spent 30 minutes looking and I’m a decently smart human being. Either I’ve overlooked something stupidly obvious or it’s buried somewhere.

  You’re not familiar with the Dashboard and the options down the left side?

  Not sure why, but the Dashboard wasn’t displaying my the left menu yesterday. But it is today. Maybe I’ve unlocked a secret portal. Or maybe I’m just more awake.
