where do I get authenticator codes

    Hi there!

    It sounds like you’re logging into an account that has two factor authentication enabled. When two factor authentication was set up, you needed to set up your phone to either display codes via an authenticator app like Google’s or through SMS text messages.

    If you no longer have access to that cell phone, you should have printed some one-time-use backup codes. You can use one of those to log in. Each code can only be used once, so make sure you keep track of which ones you’ve used! And if you run out, make sure you print some more before you log out again
