Where has my website gone?

  Hi,
  My website http://www.photonfish.com has disappeared!! It looks like the card that was being used to make payments may have expired. How can I get it back?

  So, the good news is that your site is still there. I see it at photonfishcreative.wordpress.com. Also, there are two custom domain associated with that site and both (as well as the site plan) are renewed through 2021. So there’s no worry about losing anything before you get the situation sorted out.

  HOWEVER…

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes or access the site.

  If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
