Where has my website gone, why can’t I receive emails too?

  I have suddenly stopped receiving emails and also my website says site cannot be reached. I paid on may7th my subscription. Any advice would be much appreciated

  What is your site URL? There is not a site connected to the account you are contacting us from?

  I found the issue it was saying my domain had expired. I had paid the £85. It said I have that as credit now and took another £15 to get it back online. I already have a premium account and don’t want to upgrade.

  The domain renewal is not included in plan anymore that’s why you needed to pay for that separately. You can read more about that here:
