Where has my wordpress.org site gone?

  I’ve just done the the five-minute install for .org with Filezilla and got my site underway here http://50.87.248.79/~supercq6/.
  However, I used the same username when registering as I did went I signed up with .com a few months back. Now when I log in, all I see are my older blogs, the dashboard for .org is gone, or I can’t access it.
  Can you please help !

  Sounds like you are logging into WordPress.com. Your self hosted site would have a login that looks like http://example.com/wp-login.php or something similar.
