Where has the live chat gone???

  I was able to get help previously on the live chat function and I do not see this any longer, is there someone I can email or chat to?

  Hi @jaclyndoyle4, the live chat goes away when you allow upgrades to expire. It looks like you’ve got some of this resolved via chat, so I’ll close the multiple forum threads and leave just the one email thread open for followup. Cheers!
