I cannot sign into my old account.
The account it was connetced with has an old email, so i can’t retrieve the account. The form does not work, because i don’t have the recipts of emails and what have you for setting up the account. 20 years ago… please help.

The honest truth is that without a working email address or recovery details, the standard automated recovery process won’t get you very far. However since this is a 20 year old account the WordPress.com support team may be able to work with you manually to verify ownership, particularly if you can provide things like the approximate creation date, any content you remember posting, or any old emails from WordPress.com you might still have buried in an inbox somewhere.
It’s worth reaching out directly at https://wordpress.com/help/contact and explaining the situation clearly, mentioning how long ago the account was created and that the registered email is long gone. The more context you can give them the better.
