For some stupid reason I cannot scroll through the theme samples. This is a stupid problem that needs to be fixed — probably a technical problem on your end, and not the sort of thing that can be adequately addressed in a forum. I need to talk with tech support from the company.

Only if you have upgraded to a paid plan, you are entitled to Chat Support. As you are on the Free Plan, you can post your problem in this forum.

What exactly happens when you’re trying to scroll through themes? Is the scroll button on your mouse/scroll gesture on your laptop trackpad unresponsive? Are you able to scroll using arrows on the keyboard instead?
Or is only one screen worth of themes loading, with no more loading automatically if you try to scroll?
I just checked on my own site and can scroll through the theme showcase without any problems, so it doesn’t look like anything is broken on our end. However, if your browser is timing out while loading the showcase, or something is blocking some of the code from loading, that could explain what’s happening.
Please see if clearing your browser cache or using a different browser makes any difference.
