where is my domain?

  I transferred domain to WIX 05/23 and site went live same day. Yesterday 06/08 I cancelled my domain from auto-renew through wordpress and now my domain is unavailable – cannot locate – my site is down

  Hi there,

  It appears that you pointed the nameservers of the domain from WordPress.com to Wix, but you did not transfer the domain. The domain was still hosted with us here at WordPress.com, so when you canceled the domain subscription, you canceled the domain registration.

  If you want to keep using your domain but transfer it to Wix, you can follow the instructions here:

  Since you have until 6/15 to either renew the domain here or transfer it over to Wix before the upgrade expires, I restored the subscription back to your account.
