Where is my domain & website

  I started to create a website in June and purchased the premium package. I asked to transfer my domain from godaddy but I’ve still not heard anything back. Also my webpage has disappeared. The $96 came off my account in June. Can you help?

  Are you sure you bought the premium package with the account scrumpysue? As you have a paid plan, it’s very easy to restore access to the account that bought the premium package. You can use the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, except for the domain registration and premium plan for bodmaths.com which were purchased today.

  What is the domain name you’re referring to?
