  Feeling discouraged because everything I wrote is completely gone. It was regarding cultural issues, if I remember correctly. I drafted it on the same day I joined. Was hoping to further express some views, but….proof. a disappearing act. Guess I should of screen shot it, didn’t know destroying onto said blog was futile. Truly, Vaso
