Where is my payment through Poli?

A customer purchased a product using Poli payments on my website but I have not received the funds yet. Where can I find out the status of the payment?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

Are you using WooCommerce on your site? If so, and if you have a paid WooCommerce extension, you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:
