  wow. thanks for getting back to me. I love your job title!
  I hadn’t done enough snooping around, it would seem. I was guided to go into my own dashboard, which I should’ve know. Of course, I also got some wacky font coded text. But I sidestepped that. Something completely different: I am paying for the Premium package but I’m not sure if I’m getting those services. Could you please check for me?
