  I’m sorry but I am furious right now it is impossible to get any help from this website I cannot seem to call or speak to ANYONE I have been waiting over 7 days for my refund that hasn’t come through I AM AT MY WITS END!!! How do I speak to a real life human being!!! My bank has basically said that seeing as nothing is in my account they haven’t processed any kind of refund and whoever or what ever I have been speaking to in their ‘live chat’ has given me incorrect information and nothing has been processed

  I would be happy to assist you in cancelling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. I don’t see any history of purchases under the account you are contacting us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
