Where is my refund?

  To whom it may concern,

  I did not wish to continue making the site with work and opted for a refund as soon as the money was deducted out of my account.

  It hasn’t registered as of yet, is there a reason why?

  Your refund was sent July 25, and depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.

  Since the refund was sent the same day as the charge, your credit card provider may process it as a reversal, meaning the original charge may simply be removed.
