Where is my refund

  You emailed me on 12 Sept 2022 and advised that my refund would be in my bank within 7 to 10 business days. I still haven’t received it. Please can you look into it.

  Please wait a few more days, especially if you are with a non-US bank as those refunds can take a bit longer.
