Where is my refund?

  I still haven’t received my refund, and it has been a week.

  I understand the frustration. However, it can take up to 7-14 business days for refunds to show up on your statement. In rare cases, mostly involving non US banks, it can take up to a month. But the 7-14 day timeframe is by far the most common.
