  I’m very confused. I created a website via WordPress a few months ago and now I can’t get into my back office to update it. I keep getting a message that reads that I don’t have any WordPress sites yet. Please help me.

  1. Trying to log in to my WP.com account for purposes of linking Jetpack to DIYpointers.com, a new WP website, but logins refused. Tried lost password submission but

  not getting email

  from WP to reset.

  2. Not sure what WP User Name is on this WP account, as the name and pw I thought it had do not work. Some of my recent sites ended up on another WP account (havahapi), but not this one. I would like to have all of my sites on one account but don’t know how to make that happen.

  Can anyone help with either or both of these problems? Many thanks.

  If you cannot remember the login information for a WordPress.com account, your best bet is to try the account recovery process here:
