Where is my tag line?

  I entered a tag line when I chose theme “Thirteen” but it doesn’t show up on my blog site. It comes up when I Google it though. How do I make it show on my THEME?

  Thirteen is one of the few themes which does not actually display the tagline on the blog, but it is in the title which will be picked up by search engines, browser title bars, bookmarks, etc.
