Where is my website?

  This has happened to me so many times! Can someone please help me figure out a way to retrieve my sign in information, or even to access my account? ‘forgot password’ does not work.

  Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown
