    Hi there,

    The only sites I see on your @jkaufmannk WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • jasonkaufmann.wordpress.com

    That is a site that was set up some time ago and I do not see a record of any other sites having been created on this account. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
