Where is my website hosted?

Hello. I’ve had the domain http://www.thesoundsommelier.com for over a year now but have only just had the time to focus on getting it together.
A friend of mine is helping me along the way, and when I asked how I set up email addresses for the site, he said I needed to do that through my hosting account. I wasn’t sure if I had a hosting account, but when I searched online, I found something that said that http://www.thesoundsommelier.com is hosted by WordPress. Is this true? And if so, how do I log into that account?
One of the major issues is I had a different email address when I initially purchased this domain, so I may have lost several of the important initial emails.

In order to edit your DNS settings, you’ll need to access it through the dashboard here (we’ve got a little bug currently with doing this through the above link, but it should be fixed soon):

Click on “Edit Domain” next to your domain.
If you’re setting up email forwarding addresses (addresses like (email visible only to moderators and staff) that just forward to an exist email address rather than having their own inbox), head to the Email tab in the DNS editor. It looks like you’ve already got one of these set up!
If you’re looking to set up email hosting with a service like Google Apps or Zoho Mail, you’ll need to head to the Edit DNS tab. We have more information about setting up an email host here:
