Where is my WordPress Free Website / Blogsite

To Whom It May Concern:
In 2022, I created a WordPress.com (Free) Site titled “https://welcomeusveteranstothephilippines.wordpress.com/” (which according to the internet, it is still working) AND it shows across the “About Page” on your WordPress.com Website with the military logo across the top. Yet, everytime I enter this into “My Site” in the upper left hand corner, I am redirected to the more recent WordPress.com Web / Blog Site titled “https://mabuhaywelcomeusveteranstothephilippines.wordpress.com/“. So, I decided to go one step further and try to recover or create a new email address by visiting this WP Page “https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword” entering in “Username or Email Address” entering in “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” and then clicking on “Get a New Pasword”, fully expecting to get a new link sent to me at this page: “https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?checkemail=confirm“, where it says on the next page, and I quote: “Check your e-mail address linked to the account for the confirmation link, including the spam or junk folder” (which I have done countless times and nothing has showed up). Furthermore, I contacted Microsoft and spoke to an Independent Advisor for the past 5-days and she then seemed to have everything set up correctly, by suggesting that I (and my two aduld children) send a “Test Message” from our individual personal email accounts…WHICH HAS ALL BEEN RECEIVED!
So, if I have received the test messages from myself and my two adult children, then why am I not receiving the code from WordPress to reset or create a new password??!! (NOTE: I have tried doing this multiple times and the result is always the same. So unsure what the problem is but, as mentioned no messages are showing up from WP to my outlook.com email (which coincidentally has the same name as the WP Web / Blogsite that I created last year!)
Thus, as you can imagine I am totally flabbergasted, at this end and hence why I am reaching out to yourselves to help. (NOTE: When I created the aforemementioned WP Web / Blog Site, I have the password that I used and for some unknown reason, WP says that THIS IS NOT the correct password! Yet when I created my WP Web / Blog Site, I have that password saved in a Password Manager and additionally saved in a Word Document Cheat Sheet in case the Password Manager isn’t working correctly. So unsure what the problem is at your end but, I sure hope that you can resolve it, as I have 300+ articles devoted to Retired Veterans that I wrote, to better help them in their decision to make a perfect transition from the U.S. to the Philippines.)
