  Can someone please contact me we have a website set up through WordPress and a customer reported there was an issue. I have now check and our website has disappeared!
  I’ve logged into the company account and the profile has been wiped!
  This is extremely urgent

  What is the URL of the site you are referring to?

  I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

  and yes it is set up through wordpress

  please help, I have logged into our account as mentioned above and it is saying we have no website?! why and how would this happen?

  Your site is using the open source wordpress.org, these forums are for sites running on the wordpress.com platform.
  Your site is up and running but is having a problem with its SSL-certificate. You need to contact your hosting to solve this problem.
