Where is Settings->Permalinks ???

  For patkellygeekmusings.wordpress.com, I know I can use a common format without the /month/day but please tell me where Settings->Permalinks is located. Thanks.

  I learned on a separate thread that changing permalink is only available for self-hosted blogs, not wordpress.com ones.
