Where is the magical Setting tab?

I have been trying to set up my email from after I change my DNS. The information that I am reading say to go to the settings tab =domains and then add an email…I have looked and looked and can’t find this tab. The one that I have just takes me to where I can change my profile….Please help

The Settings tab is in your actual blog’s Dashboard, near the bottom of the sidebar to the left.
