Where is the personalized assistance?

Okay, I am just starting and this is pretty ridiculous. WordPress is the ”biggest” and most prominent in the market yet I can’t find personalized help anywhere, and rest assured, I am not technologically challenge.
Being the ”best” in the market (for now), I am asking if you, WordPress, may please direct me to someone who may help me 1 on 1 on creating my OWN website, NOT a template. All I really need is an hour, and my website will be magnificent.

wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. If you have a paid wordpress.com plan you are entitled to live chat and email support for technical problems. WordPress.com doesn’t help building websites. WordPress is free open source software, made by a community of unpaid volunteers on WordPress.org. As no company owns that software, there is no one who can employ support staff for that software. Support is provided by the same people who make it in the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
WordPress.com, where you’re posting now, is a hosting provider for that software. We provide live chat and email support to owners of sites on a paid plan with us, and we also sell one-on-one sessions where a member of our support team can answer your questions and show you how things work via a screen share session.
But we do not provide website building services where we build a site for you. For that you’d need to contract a freelance developer, like those who work for Upwork.
