Where is the Plugin Button?

  Want to build a Facebook-Like-Button in my Blog, but i can’t find the Plugins to do that. Where can I find them. I looked at “Design” but theres no Plugin Option.

  noch mal auf deutsch: ich möchte einen Facebook-like-button auf meinem blog haben, finde die plugin einstellung aber nicht. eigentlich sollte sie unter dem menü punkt “design” sein, da finde ich aber nichts…

  We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org.
