Where is the plugin link in the dashboard?

  I can’t seem to find the plugin link to install the plugin cforms in wordpress. Can anyone help?

  You can’t install plugins on http://peteteacherhk.wordpress.com/ because it is a WordPress.COM site, and security restrictions here preclude plugins. There are workarounds, depending on what you want to actually accomplish via plugins, but plugins themselves are for independently-hosted WordPress.ORG blogs.

  I’m trying to add a contact form of some kind into the blog. If I can’t use a plugin do you have any suggestions of how I can do this?
