Where is the refund i requested over a month ago?

  I did not receive a refund on the upgrade i trialed? I cancelled and requested a refund within 30 days and remember seeing a response to my request on-line that said i had qualified for the refund as it had been requested less than 30 days ago. This was in late June 2014. To date no refund is received or further confirmation or explanation has been sent?

  I’m not sure what happened there. But it appears the upgrade wasn’t processed.

  I have now processed that refund for you. I’ve also left the Premium upgrade active on your account as an apology.

  Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

  Thank you rootjosh. No problem about the typo. – happens to the best of us!

  I did some further investigation on my pc ( i never delete emails/history etc) and found confirmation of my request from wordpress dated 15 June 2014 ( AEST) but said that i would need to reply to an email that was being sent. I have thoroughly checked my mailboxes and have not received that message?

  No worries. All is good now. No email reply needed if a staff member is doing the refund for you. Keep an eye on your bank account and let me know if the refund doesn’t appear.
