Where the theme went?

  Hi, I’m trying to setting up my Blog to start writing and while selecting one Theme to use in my Blog it doesn’t show when I try to preview it or customize it, the design simple vanished (The theme is Matala) I tried refreshing and cleaning cookies but didn’t worked

  I took a look and everything is working properly. It might look different than the default Matala theme because there’s a background color set at https://vidaplenaenusa.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=custom-background

  If you want to revert the background, go to the above page and click on [Select Color] > [Clear] .

  Nop it didn’t worked
  I tried what you suggest and its not happening when I select this theme once it applies, what it shows is a color background with black letters the graphic art is gone. When I tried start over happened the same :(
