    Hi there!

    It looks like after the domain and the WordPress.com Business plan were renewed (on August 3, 2023), you disputed the renewal payment with your bank/card issuer. As a result, the subscriptions were canceled. So you won’t be able to access the domain since it’s no longer active.

    May we ask what led you to report the auto-renewal of your domain and the Business plan as ‘fraudulent’ to your bank?
