Where to post after redirecting WordPress.com blog to self-host

  After redirection to my self hosted site, do I post on my own site or on WordPress.com? Sorry if it’s an obvious answer to this but I want to be sure before I do the redirection. Up until now I’ve been posting the same stuff on my self-hosted WP blog AND my WordPress.com blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You would log into your self-hosted WordPress site and post there. Having duplicate content on both sites is bad for SEO as search engines think you are spamming.
