Where's my other user?

    I recently invited someone to be a user on my account and they accepted. However, shortly after they said there were getting an error message when trying to access my dashboard. When I looked on my dashboard under “Users” it shows All (2) Administrator (1) but below, I am the only one person listed? Why isn’t my second user showing up?

    It won’t let me re-invite the user because it’s saying they’re already a user, but I can’t find their name anywhere to grant them access to my page. Help?
