Where's my refund?

    Yesterday, I had an online chat going. By the end it was agreed that wordpress would refund me as I couldn’t transfer my domain name here and I wanted everything all in one place.
    It is stated in the 2nd to last statement from Brezo C. that ”I have cancelled and refunded your plan and domain mapping.”
    Reassured I went to another place and bought a package for just about the same price.
    I haven’t got the refund.
    I now owe my rent.
    I am f***ed if I don’t get the refund.
    What is going on??

    Hi there,

    The refund was processed back on 11/23. It takes 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. Because of the weekend and US Thanksgiving, it’s only been 4 days. So, you should receive the refund somewhere between tomorrow (the 5th business day) and Monday (the 7th business day).
