where's the link to create email forwards in WP admin?

Hi All – looking for the link that WP support says exists in Domain / Store to manage email forwarded accounts ((email visible only to moderators and staff) goes to (email visible only to moderators and staff))

All I see next to my domain is manage DNS link – no ‘add/edit email forwards’

I have a premium subscription – any idea what I’m missing?

According to the WordPress.com News announcement about the new feature, if you are already using a 3rd party email provider, the forwarding link will be disabled.

Create an email address with your custom domain using Email Forwarding

I don’t believe I’m using a 3rd party email provider, in the way that should disable the feature.

My situation: I have a gmail account (that i used to register this account). I would like emails sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to go to that account.

My understanding was I had five names as part of the premium account and domain purchase I bought for this particular account.

Did you try setting it up following the instructions given in both the News announcement and the Support doc?

I did follow the instructions on both and don’t have that link.

It seems the domain has been registered under a different account (soctynews). Please log in to that account in order to manage the domain and enable e-mail forwarding.

I am logged into that account and am an administrator. However I also am administrator for a different site (akpressclub) and started the wordpress account with that. Are you saying only soctynews user name can access the email forward feature?

Yes, because this user currently owns the domain registration upgrade. You can request this user to reply in this thread if they want to move the domain to a different account.
