  Are you referring to the site title?
  Or are you referring to the site URL starting with https://?
  Or are you referring to your username or display name?

  Change site title:
  Please use the customizer https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ and enter your Site Title and Tagline under Site Identity. Know that the URL of the site and the site title do not have to be the same.

  You cannot edit a URL. You can choose a different .wordpress.COM URL as recycling a .wordpress.com URL is possible only if 2 or more years have expired after deletion and only in some cases. Sites already deleted by their authors two or more years ago may become available again, if they present no username or other technical conflicts.
