which apps or plug ins does wordpress allow?

    I want to create a website with a booking feature (for an experience) so will also need a diary (that can be accessed remotely by different users). I need to make different packages available to book and ask specific questions like age when taking the bookings. Eventually will also need an email service provider, CRM and possibly EPOS. Any help or examples would be much appreciated :)
