  Both will work exactly the same from the website-visitor point of view.

  For you, the advantage of transferring the domain is that you will have all of tour website billing in one place. The advantage of using domain mapping is if you prefer to have your domains at a particular registrar for whatever reason.

  But at the end of the day, there’s no functional difference for your website.
