Which option should I buy?

    Hello!

    So im new at blogging, I decided to make a blog in which I will sell and also promote my music (beats, mostly hip hop) however I noticed that I need a good theme and I choosed one he’s name is Hero (black and red theme) but I cannot upload him instead old. I know I have to buy a bundle (99$) or I can choose each other, If I will choose an option that allows me to change my CSS it will be enough ? I have hosting and I have domain, only issue is with theme because I need also upload my new beats on MP3 player skin which I guess can’t put on free theme. I don’t wanna waste a money so please tell me that I’m correct
