Which plan

  I just purchased the Business annual plan (or so I thought), and have started trying to design the site to be greeted with a prompt on design colors. I was invited to upgrade to Premium in order to access more styles. My understanding is that I have Business, and should have access to everything premium already.

  Please assist, call if possible.

  It looks like you have two separate sites:

  • journeyssoulcarecom.wordpress.com. This site is currently on the Business plan.
  • journeyssoulcare.wordpress.com. This one is on the Free plan.

  It appears that you might be working on the free journeyssoulcare.wordpress.com site, which is why you’re seeing the prompt to upgrade to Premium.

  If you wish to continue working on journeyssoulcare.wordpress.com, we can certainly move the Business plan over to that site. Otherwise, you can just switch over to journeyssoulcarecom.wordpress.com and continue working there, as this site is already on the Business plan.
