  Hi there! I started a new Website using WordPress Free Plan but I’m unable to Install WP cache plugin. Can someone tell me that in Free Plan which plugin can we use?

  You can’t install plugins on the wordpress;com platform unless you upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  You don’t need a cache plugin on the wordpress.com platform, as this platform has its own server-side caching for your site to ensure it loads quickly and efficiently.
