White bar with code on top
-
Hi,
I’ve very recently got the job the create a new website on WP. I’m learning as I go but are quite new to all of this. Ive launched the site and saw that a white bar show ontop of every page with a code in it. And i can’t for the life of me find out how to delete it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi there,
Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
I don’t see the white bar you describe on the site, but it’s most like being caused by your theme or one of the plugins you’re using on your site, so contacting support for that theme or plugin directly is your best option for help.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Hi Kokkieh,
Thanks for the reply and the info. I didn’t know that it was on WP.org. Sorry for that. We’ve upgraded to a plus version of the theme and the white bar was gone as of this morning. So this can be closed!
Thanks!
