  my site at pedrobernardy.com is not longer working. it appears as a white screen. please let me know what support options you can offer. thank you.

  pedrobernardy.com is a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. The differences between the two are explained here:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites hosted on our own servers. I’d recommend contacting your hosting provider (GoDaddy) about why the site isn’t reachable — they should be able to help.
