I’ve followed the instructions regarding JetPack and ultimately disconnecting it. I’m not able to access the admin folder to delete the .maintenance in the blog base folder since I’m not able to access the WP admin folder or the site at all, only the white screen. I was hoping I could turn back the clock an uninstall all I installed yesterday 8/5/21.

WP.com: Unknown
Jetpack: Yes

BTW, this white screen error came after accepting a number up updates that were being call out to be downloaded.

Hi there,
I’ve visited endswate.com and I can confirm that for me at least it is online and functioning as expected.
However, we’re limited in how we can help because we don’t actually host your site on WordPress.com. Your host uses a different version of the WordPress platform and we don’t have access to your server files.
With that said you do have a few options here to consider:
- Post your question to the troubleshooting forum here, where support is provided for the version of WordPress you are using through your host: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
- You can reach out to your host to see if they are able to restore your site from backup. Most hosts maintain internal backups and they may be able to use those to roll back your site to a previous working state
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
