  Can I see who else is following a given blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  So if someone says they have lots of followers for their blog, there is no way to know if they are telling the truth?

  No and why you care? We aren’t kids here. We all have to be over 13 to register a blog.

  Actually, my question has nothing to do with kids, it’s more complicated than that… a question of an ongoing fraud. But thanks for the quick insight into wordpress works.

  Fraud has a very specific legal meaning. If you have legal issues take them to legal counsel please. http://en.support.wordpress.com/disputes/

  As timethief said, there is no way to see who is following someone else’s blog, for privacy reasons. If the site has a follow widget displayed, you may be able to see approximately how many followers/subscribers the blog has, but not all site owners choose to display one.
