Who is our account owner?

    Hi. I cannot find details of our account owner. Under ‘users’ we have three admins plus an editor. I am currently an admin. We need to change the owner to myself. Thanks

    Hi there,

    I think you mean site owner. Your aidanforrest username is your account, and you own that account. A username account can only be owned by one person, usually the person who created it.

    The site, productspec.wordpress.com, belongs to the username account, smartspec, who also owns the Premium Plan and domain mapping upgrade on that site. Only that username account will have access to live chat and email support and can make changes to the existing upgrades, though all the other admin accounts can make any changes to the site itself.
