I am leader for a scout group and have found an old website regarding our scouts. I would like to get in contact with the owner of the site, https://msspeider.wordpress.com/. Is that possible. It is also possible that this was made by myself back in 2013…

msspeider.wordpress.com isn’t listed as a site in the WordPress.com account you are contacting us from. Could you have used another account to create it?
